Highland Park 30 Year Old pre-2019
A stunning bottling of Highland park distilled in or before 1989 and aged for 30 years! Utilising a trio of casks types including 1st fill American oak bourbon casks, sherry casks and a few refill casks. Just 20 casks were used for this vatting and reviews amongst critics have shown this 2019 release to be one of the best from the Orkney distillery for quite some time.

Highland Park has proven to be one of the world's most sought after whiskies, with owners Edrington hailing them alongside their flagship Macallan brand. Produced on the very northern island of Orkney, Highland Park's production method is exceptionally unique as 30% of their malt is peated onsite and the remaining 70% is imported malt from the mainland of Scotland that is unpeated. Once the two are blended together a densely rich and earthy style of spirit is created that is notoriously well adapted for sherry cask maturations.

How much do we pay on top of the bid price?
The buyer's premium is 10% of the final hammer price (inc GST).
Our flat rate shipping across the country starts at $14 for 1 bottles, $20 for 2 and slightly increases from there.
We accept bank transfers (no fees) and debit/credit cards (stripe charges 1.75% visa/mastercard) for payments
Do You Offer Insurance for Loss/Breakage?
The cost of Loss & Breakage Insurance is 1.5% of the hammer price plus commission. This is highly recommended as we will take the upmost care in packaging the dispatching orders carefully and securely, the courier companies will however not take on any liability for items lost or broken in transit.
How Long Until Delivery?
Once payment is received by the Australian Whisky Auctions, your whisky will be dispatched within 5 business days from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
Depending on your location, this may take up to 10 business days to arrive via Australia post (or a similar courier). This depends on the current delivery times for our main shipping provider, Australia Post - Link
