This highly sought after cask strength non-chill-filtered bourbon was voted the World's best Bourbon in 2018 at the World Whisky Awards. Distilled at the Barton distillery, now known as Barton 1792. The Distillery was actually established in 1879 and is the oldest fully-operating distillery in Kentucky. The 1792 comes from when the Commonwealth of Kentucky joined the union and brought with them their distilling techniques.
